Two factor protection
Open Settings then Security. Turn on two factor protection. Choose an authenticator app or SMS codes. Store backup codes in a safe place. Do not save codes on a shared device.
Password reset
Tap the Forgot password link on the login page. Enter your email and submit the request. Open the link from the inbox. Set a new password. Two factor protection remains active after the reset.
